Planning a visit? Here are some FAQs:

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Emmanuel a great one!
When does Emmanuel meet?

  • Sunday School: Sundays at 9AM

    • During the Summer months we have a Family Class that meets in the Fellowship Hall. Elementary and Youth aged kids have a class with their parents. We also have an adult class (in room 4) and a senior ladies class (in room 3). We also have a nursery for kids 4 and under. We have excellent teachers. Please come join us!

  • Worship Service: Sundays at 10AM

  • Mid-Week Bible study: Wednesdays at 6:30PM

How long are services?

  • Our Sunday Morning service is about 75 minutes in length. We have announcements, singing, brief fellowship, and a sermon during that time. Children 3 and up are in the service until time for the sermon. At that point, they head to the children's wing for a service designed just for them.

  • The rest of our services last about 60 minutes in length.

What should I wear?

  • People wear everything from suits and ties to shorts and flip-flops. Wear what makes you feel comfortable. (Our pastor wears bow ties, but, then again, he is a nerd 😁.)

Where do I take my children?

  • At each service, we have greeters who will help you find our children's wing. Your child will be checked-in and cared for by screened workers. We offer childcare for birth-age 4 during every service.

What's your service like?

  • We like to sing all kinds of things: hymns, praise songs, choruses. We have a full band that leads. We have folks who clap and raise hands. We love it!

  • We like to involve the congregation a lot with responsive readings from the Bible.

  • Our sermon is about 40 minutes. Pastor Drew or one of the other Elders will lead us through a Bible passage, explain its meaning, and apply it to life.
